An 830 m² villa on a corner plot in District One, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai, with views over landscaped gardens and the lagoon. We designed the entire interior and, with Secret Gardens, the façade and landscaping, creating a hotel-inspired home made for entertaining. It is the kind of home that has made ELE one of the best interior design companies in Dubai.
Our clients wanted a modern, contemporary home with elegance and luxury that kept the villa's neo-classical character. Using only natural materials with a minimal feel, we made comprehensive changes to the internal layout, tailoring every space to how the family lives and entertains, from the entrance hall to a wing of their own for their daughters.
Inspired by the lagoon views, the concept took a bright, beach-side feeling with a soft ocean palette, natural stone and a neutral base, made richer with bookmatched Calacatta Vagli marble and brass.
Guests arrive through an oversized pivot door into an impressive lobby with hand-selected signature pieces. A lounge TV wall doubles as a partition with a fireplace, the master bathroom sets a freestanding bath in a marble niche, and the girls have a playroom of their own. A new façade and landscaped gardens, created with Secret Gardens, complete the picture.
