A 695 m² family villa in Dubai Hills, designed as a calm retreat from the city. Natural stone, exotic marble and soft neutral tones meet the garden through large windows, in a home awarded five stars at the International Property Awards. Its recognition at the International Property Awards 2024–2025 is one reason ELE is regarded as one of the best interior design studios in Dubai.
Our clients wanted a home that felt like a retreat: serene, open to the greenery of Dubai Hills, and finished with real luxury. As a family with sons, they also needed generous storage, a proper home office with its own entrance, and spaces that could welcome guests without losing their calm.
The concept paired minimalism with luxury finishes and kept the view at the centre. In the lobby, low seating keeps the garden in sight. Natural stone, exotic and dark marbles, wood cladding and wooden louvres sit within a soft, neutral palette, with bronze mirror and champagne brass adding warmth.
A crystal chandelier fills the double-height entrance and is reflected again upstairs in a bronze mirror. A marble foyer table mirrors the pattern of the show kitchen. In the master suite, a crushed velvet headboard is trimmed in champagne brass, the dressing room has a glass-topped island for watches, and the boys' rooms are finished in micro-cement.
