A 300 m² villa in Umm Al Sheif, Dubai, designed around its panoramic views of the Burj Al Arab, with clean lines, defined spaces and bespoke furniture built into its finishes. A project by ELE, recognised as one of the best interior design studios in Dubai for luxury villas.
Villa Mirador looks out to the Burj Al Arab, and our clients wanted every room to make the most of it. The challenge was to open up the views without losing the integrity of each space, balancing openness with privacy so the home suits the family's lifestyle and their guests.
02 · The inspiration
Neutral, with colour
The mood board set a calm, neutral base with crystal chandeliers and curved, sculptural seating, then brought in colour through fabrics, with soft blues in the majlis. Travertine floors, marble and light oak kept the palette natural.
03 · The outcome
Open, yet private
A marble staircase lit with LEDs is the villa's centrepiece. On the ground floor, shelving and tinted glass partitions connect the spaces while keeping them private, and bespoke furniture is built into the finishes. Wood-effect porcelain brings warmth to the bedrooms: a timeless home that frames the city skyline.
