The residence sits at an exclusive waterfront address in Bvlgari Home, Marina Loft. The clients wanted a luxury weekend getaway that could also host intimate business meetings and adapt to a growing family. With the Bvlgari brand's residential guidelines in mind, we shaped the concept around luxury, business, openness and adaptability.
Every room had its own brief. The bedrooms focus on natural light, luxury finishes and modern furniture, and the guest bedroom can convert into a children's bedroom at any time. The client asked for marbled walls, soft colours for fabrics and furniture, and contrasting textures that work with the apartment's original flooring.
Floor-to-ceiling windows keep the open-plan concept bright. Aged metallic finishes on the décor and accessories lift the furnished space and bring out the textures and colour palette, while the master bedroom uses blue tones to reflect the waterfront setting.
