Villa Mar is a new-build family home in Riyadh, conceived as a forever home, where soft neutrals, rich browns and natural stone bring quiet luxury to four carefully planned floors. Designed by ELE, one of the best interior design studios in Dubai, for a client in Saudi Arabia.
Villa Mar is designed as a home for the family's whole future. We reviewed the layout before construction began, refining the space planning on all four floors to improve circulation, function and the way the rooms relate to each other.
The palette is restrained: soft neutrals, rich browns and tactile finishes, with natural stone, layered textures and refined detailing. Contemporary living and traditional influences sit comfortably together.
A timeless family sanctuary with generous living spaces and moments of privacy, designed to grow with an extended family. Every room feels welcoming yet elevated, a calm setting for everyday life and the gatherings that matter most.
