Villa Lucia is a 1,100 m² contemporary neoclassical family villa in Muscat, Oman, where every room has its own colour, light and mood, from a green men's majlis to a serene master suite on the roof. Designed by ELE, one of the best interior design studios in Dubai, for a client in Oman.
This three-floor villa is designed around the rhythm of a modern family. Intimate family spaces sit alongside formal rooms made to welcome guests, each with its own identity. The upper floors give every family member space to express themselves, and the whole roof level is a calm, generous master suite.
Colour leads the design. Green grounds the men's majlis, pink warms the women's majlis, yellow and orange lift the family living room, neutrals and walnut keep the kitchen calm, and blue flows through the transitional spaces to tie it together. Reflective metals, tinted mirrors and crystal glass add glamour, softened by layered fabric, stone and wood.
Luxury expressed through detail, material and atmosphere rather than excess. Clean neoclassical detailing and layered ambient light give each room its own emotional character, intimate for the family and memorable for guests, in a home that is a true expression of how the family lives.
