Villa Esmeralda is a new-build home in North Carolina inspired by traditional manor houses: classical proportions, soaring ceilings and a palette of deep greens, earthy tones and natural stone, set within lush greenery. It shows why clients in the USA choose ELE, an award-winning studio recognised as one of the best interior design companies in Dubai.
Surrounded by the green landscape of North Carolina, this new residence draws on the grandeur of traditional manor houses. Although it sits on a single floor, its ceilings give it the presence of a two-storey home. At its heart, a double-height living room opens through tall windows to the garden, while the rooms around it stay comfortable and intimate for a family of two.
The palette follows the landscape: earthy tones, deep greens and natural materials. Marble and onyx add depth, while raw, unfinished stone brings an organic, sculptural feel. The dining room takes its mood from an underground wine cellar, dark and rugged, and the master bathroom carries a quiet neoclassical influence.
A timeless home that celebrates classical architecture through a contemporary lens. Polished meets raw, grand meets intimate, and rich natural materials and garden views keep the house connected to nature, elegant and welcoming at once.
