Luxury interior design has never been about how much a room can hold. In 2027, it is about how a space makes you feel.
Calm when you arrive, at ease when you stay, and quietly impressed by details you notice only over time. Across our work in 18 countries, we have refined what that means in practice.
Luxury is a feeling, not a display
The most memorable luxury interiors share a sense of restraint. Nothing competes for attention; everything has a reason to be there. A considered palette, well-proportioned rooms and materials chosen for how they feel to the touch will always outlast a statement made for its own sake.
A luxury interior should feel as right in ten years as it does on the day it is completed.

Materials that age gracefully
Natural materials sit at the heart of luxury interior design. Unlike synthetic finishes, they develop character as they age, and they reward the hand as much as the eye.
The craft lies in the combination: a honed stone floor beneath a soft linen sofa, a timber wall warming a cool marble island.
- Marble
- Travertine
- Timber veneer
- Linen
- Microcement
- Brushed bronze
Proportion, light & calm
Before a single material is chosen, a luxury interior begins with space. Generous circulation, balanced proportions and a clear relationship between rooms create a sense of calm that no finish can achieve on its own.
First
- Plan the natural light
Then
- Layer ambient, accent and decorative light, so each room has a mood for morning and evening

It is in these details that a luxury interior feels personal rather than generic, and where craftsmanship truly shows.
The finer details: curves, joinery & light
Luxury lives in the finer details. A softly curved wall, the rounded edge of a stone worktop, timber joinery with a perfectly aligned grain: each is designed for one space, and each changes the way a room feels.
Light brings them to life. The way daylight moves across a curve, or a concealed line of light grazes a timber panel or the veining of a marble vanity, gives a room a different feeling from morning to evening.
Bespoke, not bought
True luxury is designed for one home and one way of living. Bespoke joinery, made-to-measure furniture and carefully specified fixtures mean every piece fits its space and its purpose precisely, from a dressing room planned around the way you dress to a dining table sized for the family who gathers around it.
This is where a full FF&E specification matters: furniture, fixtures and equipment selected together, so the finished home feels considered rather than assembled.

A cohesive home
A luxury interior is never a collection of beautiful rooms. It is one home.
Materials carry through from the entrance to the bedrooms, sightlines draw you forward, and a rhythm feels effortless. That is why we design complete homes and spaces rather than single rooms.

Comfort is the true luxury
A luxury home has to be lived in: seating you sink into, surfaces that welcome daily life, and spaces that work as well for a quiet evening as for a large gathering.
Villa Velada, Mudon, Dubai
316 m² (3,400 sq ft). We transformed a traditional, compartmentalised home into a light-filled contemporary residence, with Arabescato marble, jade river stone, Italian travertine and walnut-toned slatted dividers shaping open, generous living spaces. See the project.

Luxury interior design for 2027 & beyond
We believe interiors in 2027 will become more personal and more curated. Homeowners are choosing fewer, better things: pieces with a story, art collected over time, and materials selected for how they feel to live with.
