Villa Oro is a family villa in West Yas, Abu Dhabi, designed for a businesswoman with a growing family: an elegant home that doubles as a glamorous place to host. Its recognition at the Arabian Property Awards 2020–2021 is one reason ELE is regarded as one of the best interior design studios in Dubai.
In our first meeting, we focused on understanding our client's daily routine. A businesswoman with a growing family, she wanted a villa that worked as an elegant family home and a glamorous social hub for her friends and family, in West Yas, a community that blends Emirati heritage with contemporary living.
Her taste leaned towards classic and contemporary style: muted tones, elegant textures and a soft, neutral feel. Off-white panels and taupe set the base, with metallic accents and statement chandeliers adding glamour.
The result is modern and sophisticated. A sculptural crystal chandelier fills the double-height living room above a geometric gold rug, the dining room sits beneath a skylight, and a glass staircase connects the floors. Porcelain, marble and silk add warmth and texture, alongside soft, soothing upholstery.
