01 · The story
An island community
Amani Township is a new residential community in Zanzibar. Our role is to shape how it feels to live there: the apartments, the villas, and a clubhouse that brings residents together, with a reception and lobby, a restaurant, a mini-market, a gym, yoga and wellness rooms with sauna and steam.

02 · The inspiration
Island calm
The mood board draws on the island itself: sand-toned plaster, warm timber, travertine-look stone and woven textures, softened by greenery and filtered daylight. The palette is deliberately quiet, so the light and the landscape do the work.

03 · The outcome
The vision
In the visualisations, the clubhouse opens through a glass revolving door into a tall, timber-ribbed reception with living green walls and woven pendants. Wellness rooms are wrapped in timber lattice and soft stone, and the apartments pair herringbone oak with backlit shelving and gently curved furniture. The aim is a community that feels relaxed, natural and unmistakably of its place.
