A 124 m² real estate office in Dubai for a client entering the city's property market, designed as a calm, brand-forward space that brings Pakistani heritage together with Dubai's contemporary elegance. Its recognition at the International Property Awards Arabia 2025–2026 is one reason ELE is regarded as one of the best interior design studios in Dubai.
Our client was entering Dubai's property market and wanted an office that said who they were from the first visit: rooted in Pakistani heritage, confident in Dubai. The brief was to move beyond the conventional office and create a hybrid space for meetings, focused work and welcoming clients.
02 · The inspiration
Heritage, made minimal
The concept drew on cultural references and expressed them through clean geometry, soft light and minimal luxury, so the heritage feels present without ever crowding the space.
03 · The outcome
Serene & adaptable
Sliding glass partitions let the office open up or close down as needed, acoustic phone booths give privacy for calls, and a sculptural water feature brings calm to the heart of the space. We solved the site's technical constraints along the way, and the result is serene, flexible and unmistakably on-brand.
