Al Maskan Real Estate is a new residential tower in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. We designed the entrance lobby, reception, lounge and lift lobbies, and a three-bedroom model apartment: modern, practical and welcoming to many. Designed by ELE, one of the best interior design companies in Dubai, for a client in Saudi Arabia.
A Saudi developer asked us to design the spaces that sell the project: the entrance lobby and reception, a residents' lounge, the lifts and lift lobbies, and a three-bedroom model apartment for buyers to walk through. The brief was modern and practical, designed to appeal to many different households.
The mood board is quiet and refined: soft neutral tones, oak panelling, light stone and warm, indirect lighting, chosen to feel welcoming to families and to age well.
In the visualisations, the lobbies greet residents with oak-panelled walls, light stone and soft lighting, calm and hotel-like. The model apartment carries the same palette into the living, dining and bedroom spaces, so buyers can picture the finished home from the moment they arrive.
