Project Description:The client desires a modern Chorisia villa in Al Barari that reflects a neutral and serene aesthetic while being practical for family living. The design should harmoniously blend with the surrounding nature, utilizing warm materials and natural stones to create a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Concept: Modern Aesthetic, Neutral colour palette, neutral materials and family friendly design.
Unique Features: The execution involved a full remodel of the 2nd floor, transforming originally two standard bedrooms into an open luxury master suite which feature a his and hers bathroom and walk in closet.
The renovation involved new flooring, luxury fabric lined wallpaper throughout, feature travertine porcelain cladding, new kitchen, bespoke joinery units in all rooms and enhanced bathroom designs.
Closing the double height void in the family area to create an additional playroom on the first floor.

Challenges overcome: Working with the existing villa layout and achieving all of the zones and rooms requested by the client.
