We at ELE Interior Design are proud to share our latest collaboration with HMB Homes—a beautifully crafted mockup apartment located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. At just 57 sqm, our goal was to elevate what a standard development apartment can be. We focused on blending aesthetic sophistication with functionality—using premium materials like Patagonia stone and ash oak veneer, introducing never-before-seen lighting details, and maximizing ceiling heights to create a grander sense of space.

Every design choice was made to enhance usability while delivering an ambiance that feels effortlessly luxurious. The result? A space that feels far more expansive and valuable than its footprint suggests—crafted for both elegance and livability.
